Cardio Track 2 started as such a small project to learn how to program for the iPhone and to track my Stair Climbing workouts. Cardio Free is a time limited version of Cardio Track 2. It will only save the current day plus the last 6 days worth of data.

Cardio Track was featured in iTunes when it first hit the app store. Cardio Track 2.0 is the successor to that award winning application. Cardio Free is the try before you buy version of Cardio Track 2.

Cardio Free is a full featured version of Cardio Track 2 for tracking your cardio workouts. It is complete with reports, a completely custom goal system and graphing.

Available Goals: Session, Distance, Duration or Calories Burned tracked by the last 24 hours, Current Week or Last 7 Days. Color Changing Visual Goal indication and Progress Bar.
